REFUND POLICY

Scan Services

Completed scans services and sessions are not eligible for refunds. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments count as used sessions. 

Scan Plans

Refunds for scan plans are based on the plan price minus the number of used sessions multiplied by the retail price per session.

Store Products

Store products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
